What agencies ask us
Can other agencies see our candidates?
No. Each agency has its own database schema, and every request is limited to the agency signed in. Even the SimbaFlow team's access to your agency is shown on your own audit trail.
Will the CVs look like the ones our Saudi partners expect?
There are seven layouts, six of them bilingual Arabic-English, printed on your letterhead. If a partner insists on its own form, we add it as a layout during onboarding.
We have years of records in Excel. Can we bring them?
Yes. Importing your existing candidate list is part of onboarding; large or messy histories are covered by the data migration add-on.
What happens after the free pilot?
You choose a plan and pay the onboarding fee, and everything entered during the pilot stays. If you do not continue, we export your data to you and delete it.
